The goal of this instructional package is to showcase 50 different guitar solos played to 17 different backing tracks. These are complete solos in the style of your favorite slingers. If you’re a fan of Chuck Berry, Link Wray, Keith Richards, Brian Setzer and company – this package is just for you!
Rock and roll lead guitar is all about attitude. It’s not how many notes you play, it’s all about making the notes you play count. It takes just as much skill to hold back as it does to let loose. So many aspiring guitarists are more interested in impressing other guitarists than playing what is right for the song. If your goal is to solo at 999 beats per minute, this is probably not what you’re looking for.
This specially priced two DVD/CD set includes 50 different solos played to 17 different backing tracks. As you’ve heard in the demo video, we now have piano in many of the backing tracks! I’m sure you’ll agree this really spices things up and I’ve been having a blast jamming to these new backing tracks. Although I perform 50 different solos, you’ll soon see that you can mix and match different parts to come up with hundreds of solos of your own!
Below you will find a very generous preview featuring 10 out of 50 solos you will be learning. These aren’t 50 licks, these are entire solos. There is also a complete lesson taken directly from the program.
The running time of this series comes in at just under 3 hours. Two DVDs include all 50 solos performed at speed and slowly. There is an optional third disc available that includes all 50 slow demos rendered at 50% speed. Select ‘The Complete Package’ if you wish to include this additional disc with your order.
